Without prejudice to the exemption regulations pursuant to decision No. 2006-138 dated 9 May 2006 by the French Data Protection Agency (CNIL), the user is informed that the website www.bourguignondunjour.com has been subject to a prior declaration at the CNIL, receipt No. 1519583 v 0.

The sole purpose of this data collection is to bring together tourists and greeters (volunteer inhabitants) for a free touristic stroll of their area. The user is also informed of the collection of navigation data (URL of websites directing the user to the website www.bourguignondunjour.com, user IP address (category 2)).

These data are collected solely for statistical purposes.

Moreover, the user is informed of the collection and recording of : real date of visit, comments written by him/her in the comment fields, free text entry for reason for cancellation, place, date and time of meeting, area in which walk took place, (category 3).

The collection of these data aims to improve the offers of the tourist service providers of the CÔTE-D'OR.

Collected personal data are stored as long as necessary for the tourist communication and promotion of the CÔTE-D'OR, and they are updated once a year.

The end-users of these data are staff of Côte-d’Or Tourisme, of the Beaune & Pays Beaunois Tourist Information Office and the Pays de Nuits-Saint-Georges Tourist Information Office, authorised to administer the Bourgogne/Bourguignon d’un Jour network and to process walk requests.

These data are recorded in the JEF national system of greeter walks, set up and operated by Fédération France Greeters.

The user is informed that any free-form comments made by him/her, duly made anonymous and with the said user's agreement, are passed on to the greeter concerned by the said free-form comments.
